Fire Lane and New Layout for a Leasing Office in San Antonio

A new layout for a residential community leasing office: 396 linear feet of stall lines, 345 linear feet of fire lane with stencils, and two accessible stalls, striped after dark.

Project Overview

What We Did

This leasing office sits at the front of a residential community, and its lot needed a full layout: the visitor stalls, two accessible stalls with their shared access aisle, and a fire lane that follows the curbs and drive lanes in front of the building.

We striped 396 linear feet of white stall lines and painted 345 linear feet of red fire lane, on the curbs and as a painted stripe where there is no curb, with FIRE LANE and NO PARKING stenciled in white along its length. The access aisle between the accessible stalls got crosshatching and a NO PARKING marking so nobody mistakes it for an extra space.

We striped the lot after dark, so the leasing office stayed open for residents and visitors during the day while the paint went down overnight.
