Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By signing a service contract or accepting a written estimate from Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A signed contract or approved estimate constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC.

2. Product Warranties

All product warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the materials used. Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC does not provide additional product warranties beyond manufacturer terms. We stand behind our workmanship and will address any installation or application defects.

3. Access Requirements

The customer must provide clear access to all work areas on the scheduled service date. Vehicles, equipment, and obstructions must be removed prior to our arrival. If our crew is unable to perform the work due to access issues, a trip fee may apply for rescheduling.

4. Safety Responsibilities

The property owner or manager is responsible for keeping employees, customers, children, pets, and all unauthorized persons away from the work area during service and for at least 24 hours after completion. Freshly applied paint and adhesives require adequate curing time before vehicle or foot traffic.

5. Property Condition

The property owner is responsible for ensuring that all areas where work will be performed are in safe, stable, and serviceable condition. Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deteriorated surfaces, crumbling asphalt, unstable concrete, or other conditions that may affect the quality or longevity of our work.

6. Locked or Restricted Access Escape

The customer is responsible for ensuring that our crew can freely enter and exit the property at all times during service. If our crew becomes locked in, trapped, or otherwise unable to leave the property due to gates, fences, access controls, or any other restriction, we will first make reasonable attempts to contact the property owner, manager, or on-site personnel to obtain access. If we are unable to reach a responsible party within a reasonable time, our crew is authorized to use any and all means necessary to exit the property safely, including but not limited to opening, cutting, or removing locks, chains, gates, fences, or other barriers. Any damage to property resulting from such emergency egress shall be the sole financial responsibility of the customer. By accepting our services, the customer acknowledges this provision and agrees to hold Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC harmless for any property damage incurred as a result of our crew's efforts to exit a locked or restricted property.

7. Parking Lot Striping

The client is responsible for confirming local ADA compliance requirements, fire lane regulations, and any property-specific layout needs prior to service. Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC will apply markings according to the approved layout. If adjustments are needed after completion due to client-provided specifications, additional costs may apply.

8. Wheel Stops and Bollards

Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC installs wheel stops and bollards according to industry standards and the approved site plan. We are not liable for damage to vehicles that contact wheel stops during normal use, or for damage caused by third-party vehicles striking bollards. Bollard installations are designed to resist impact but are not guaranteed to stop all vehicle types at all speeds.

9. Sign Installation

All parking lot signs are installed according to manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. The client is responsible for verifying that sign placement locations do not conflict with underground utilities, property easements, or HOA restrictions. Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC is not responsible for sign damage caused by weather events, vandalism, or vehicle impact after installation.

10. Damage Liability

Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions revealed during the course of our work. This includes cracking, peeling, faded surfaces, or subsurface issues. Any damage caused directly by our negligence will be addressed promptly at our expense.

11. Scheduling and Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve your service date. Deposits are applied toward the total project cost. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

12. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and digital payment methods. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee. Late payments may incur additional charges after 30 days past due.

13. Refunds

All sales are final. Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC does not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can evaluate and address your concerns.

14. Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts and special offers are limited to one per property. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts and must be presented before the estimate is approved. Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

15. Communication and Data Usage

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC regarding your service, scheduling updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

16. Modifications to Terms

Dash Parking Lot Striping LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
