San Antonio Garage Striping Reviews

Hear from property managers and business owners across San Antonio.

They re-striped our entire shopping center lot in one weekend. The lines are sharp, the ADA spaces are perfect, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

We needed our parking lot re-striped and new wheel stops installed before our grand opening. They delivered ahead of schedule and the lot looks brand new. Great crew to work with.

Indoor Striping

Parking Garage Restriping and Warehouse Floor Markings

Parking garages and warehouses both run on concrete floors and tight traffic, and both get confusing quickly when the lines wear off. In a garage, faded lines and arrows make drivers circle and cut across rows, and in a warehouse, faded aisle and walkway lines put people on foot in the path of forklifts.

Indoor striping works a little differently from an open parking lot. The lighting is dimmer, so we lean on high-visibility yellow and crisp edges, and the floors carry tire dust and oil that have to come off before paint will bond, which is why we clean the floor before we stripe it.

We repaint garage stall lines, arrows, compact and accessible stall markings, crosshatched walkways, and curb edges, and we paint warehouse aisle lines, forklift lanes, pedestrian walkways, and no-parking zones on warehouse floors.

Our Process

How Garage and Warehouse Striping Works

1

Free Walkthrough

We walk the garage or warehouse floor, measure the lines and markings, and work out which sections can be closed at which times so your operation keeps running.

2

Floor Cleaning

Concrete floors collect tire dust, oil, and grime, so we clean the floor before painting. Paint that goes down on a clean floor bonds better and lasts longer.

3

Striping by Section

We stripe one section at a time and keep the rest of the floor open, moving cones and barricades as each section is finished.

4

Final Walkthrough

We check every line, arrow, and stencil, touch up anything thin, and reopen each section once the paint is dry.

FAQ

Common Questions About Garage and Warehouse Striping

Do we have to close the whole garage?

No. We stripe garages one section at a time, so only the area we are working in is closed, and the rest of the deck stays open. We plan the sections with you ahead of time so they line up with your quieter hours.

Why do you clean the floor first?

Garage and warehouse floors build up tire dust, oil, and grime that keep paint from bonding to the concrete. Cleaning the floor first allows the new lines to grip the surface, which helps them last instead of peeling under traffic.

What color should garage lines be?

Many garages use yellow lines because they stand out better under garage lighting, but white is also common. We usually match the color your garage already uses, unless you want to change it as part of the restripe.

Can you paint forklift lanes and walkways in a warehouse?

Yes. We paint aisle lines, forklift lanes, pedestrian walkways, and no-parking zones on warehouse floors. If you have a floor plan or a set of colors your safety team uses, send it with your quote request and we will match it.

Indoor Floors

Planning Striping Around a Working Floor

The hardest part of indoor striping is usually keeping the building working while the paint goes down. Before we start, we agree on which sections close when, where the cones and barricades go, and how drivers or forklifts will get around the work area.

If your garage has a lot of monthly parkers, we can stripe the busiest levels at night and the quieter ones during the day. For warehouses, we can work around shift changes or on weekends so the floor never fully shuts down.

Once the plan is set, most garages and warehouse floors can be finished in a single night or a weekend, depending on how many lines and markings there are.
