San Antonio New Striping Reviews

Hear from property managers and business owners across San Antonio.

They re-striped our entire shopping center lot in one weekend. The lines are sharp, the ADA spaces are perfect, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

We needed our parking lot re-striped and new wheel stops installed before our grand opening. They delivered ahead of schedule and the lot looks brand new. Great crew to work with.

Professional from start to finish. They helped us design a new parking layout for our condo complex and installed all new signage. Our lot looks brand new.

New Striping

Layout Design and First-Time Striping

A new parking lot only works as well as its layout. The stall sizes, aisle widths, accessible stalls, and fire lanes all have to fit the space and the rules, and once the paint is down, changing them means removing lines and starting over.

If you have a site plan from your engineer or architect, we stripe from it. If you don't, we measure the lot and lay out a design that fits as many usable stalls as the space allows, while keeping drive aisles wide enough for traffic and placing accessible stalls on the shortest route to your entrance.

We handle new construction, lots that are being repaved, and existing lots that need a better layout. Every new layout is marked out on the surface before we paint, so you can see it on the ground before it becomes permanent.

Our Process

How a New Layout Works

1

Site Visit and Plan Review

We review your site plan if you have one, measure the lot, and talk through how the property will be used: who parks where, where deliveries go, and where the fire lane needs to run.

2

Layout Design

We lay out stalls, aisles, accessible stalls, fire lanes, and arrows to fit the space, and we walk you through the layout before anything is painted.

3

Marking and Striping

The layout is marked on the surface, checked against the plan, and then striped with traffic paint, along with stencils and symbols.

4

Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished lot with you, confirm every stall and marking, and add wheel stops or signs if your project includes them.

FAQ

Common Questions About New Parking Lot Layouts

Do I need a site plan before you can stripe?

No. If you have a site plan, we stripe from it. If you don't, we measure the lot and design a layout for you, then walk you through it before anything is painted.

How many accessible stalls does my lot need?

The number of accessible stalls depends on how many total spaces your lot has. Our ADA compliance guide lists the counts from the federal standards, and we lay out the right number of accessible stalls and access aisles as part of every new layout.

How soon can you stripe new asphalt?

New asphalt and new concrete both need time to cure before they are striped, and your paving or concrete contractor can tell you how long they want the surface to sit. We schedule the striping around their recommendation so the paint goes down on a surface that is ready for it.

Can you redesign an existing lot to fit more stalls?

Often, yes. Older lots were frequently laid out with wide stalls or inefficient angles, and a new layout can sometimes add spaces without any new pavement. If the new stalls don't line up with the old ones, we remove the old lines first so drivers only see the new layout.

Getting the Layout Right

Why the Layout Matters More Than the Paint

Paint can be refreshed every few years, but a layout tends to stay put for the life of the lot. A layout with tight aisles, awkward angles, or accessible stalls in the wrong place causes problems every single day, no matter how fresh the lines are.

That is why we spend time on the layout before we ever open a can of paint. We look at where people enter the building, how delivery trucks get in and out, where the fire lane has to run, and how drivers will circulate through the rows.

Getting those details right on the first striping allows you to avoid paying for line removal and a second layout later, and it keeps your lot working the way it should from day one.
